Kenyan granulated black tea from the MOMUL gardens — small grainy pellets of dry leaf that brew in a couple of minutes. The liquor is a deep red-brown, like a sunset over the savannah.
A dense, strong taste with notes of malt, roasted nuts, cinnamon and clove, finishing with a light grapefruit freshness. It carries milk and sugar well — a classic base for the morning cup.
2–3 g per 300 ml of boiling water for 2–3 minutes. The pellets give their taste fast, so do not steep longer.
