Dian Hong "Intoxicating Aroma" is a Chinese black tea from Yunnan province, pressed into a cake. One of the most fragrant Dian Hongs we have tasted — a real find for black tea lovers.

How to brew

Break a piece off the cake and place it in a teapot or gaiwan. Pour water at 90–95 °C and discard the first rinse. Then brew in short infusions, gradually increasing the time. The tea withstands many infusions and opens up step by step.
