1888 Silver Moon Darjeeling White Tea, Okayti

1888 Silver Moon is an exquisitely hand-picked Darjeeling white tea, crafted using the Chinese Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) technique. It is a rare product of the Okayti garden: due to the painstaking work involved, only a few hundred grams of tea can be harvested per season.

Skilled pickers make their way through the tea bushes, gathering delicate, juicy silver buds. The fresh leaves are carefully rolled and quickly dried to protect against fermentation.
