About this product

Shu Puer 'Imperial Gong Ting' from Yiban Mountain (Yunnan, China), 2003 harvest — bud-rich leaf with a velvety taste of dried fruit and wood.

Shu Puer 'Imperial Gong Ting' is made from the leaves of century-old trees on Yiban Mountain — one of the six famous tea mountains of Yunnan, where tea trees grow at altitudes up to 1950 meters amid mist and gentle rain.

The leaf belongs to the Gong Ting grade — abundant buds, a velvety texture and a noble aroma. The liquor is thick and dark, with notes of dried fruit, wood and a light noble undertone.

The taste is soft without excess bitterness, with a velvety profile and a clean, pleasantly sweet finish.
