Matcha is Japanese green tea stone-ground into a very fine powder, so the cup comes out thick and rich, unlike ordinary bagged tea.
We paired matcha with goji berries — they contain 19 amino acids, including essential ones, plus B and C vitamins, Omega-3, -6, -9 fatty acids, and natural antioxidants.
Whisk the powder with hot (not boiling) water until lightly frothy for a vivid, slightly tart drink with a fruity note.
