Ceremonial matcha from the Uji terroir (Japan) — a rich green color, a gentle taste, and a genuine Japanese tradition in top-grade powder.

Green tea Matcha has its own grading system too.

Not as many grades as Chinese tea, but still: culinary matcha, everyday matcha, ceremonial matcha, and top-grade ceremonial matcha.

This tea comes to us from Japan, from the Uji terroir — a small town in Kyoto Prefecture where genuine ceremonial matcha is grown.
