Jasmine buds are whole dried flower buds that open in hot water and fill the room with their unmistakable sweet aroma. The liquor is pale and soft, with a rounded honey note and a hint of fresh hay.
Pour hot water over the buds and let them steep for a few minutes. Brew them on their own, or add a pinch to your favourite tea as an aromatic — green and white teas take to them especially well.
