Ben Shan is part of the legendary Anxi Four Great Oolongs, more delicate than Tie Guan Yin. The leaves are dark green and dense, holding their aroma well through brewing.
The liquor is a clear amber-copper, with light honey-floral notes that gradually unfold into a full bouquet — jasmine, wildflowers, sea-air freshness, milky undertones and fresh orange.
