Xinyang Maojian Green Tea

Xinyang Maojian is one of China's ten most famous teas, with a history spanning centuries and a following of millions worldwide.

Only young buds with one or two leaves of matching length are picked for it — that evenness of harvest is what gives the clear, transparent liquor.
