Black Thyme — Ceylon Tea with Thyme and Heather

Black Thyme is the classic pairing of Ceylon black tea and thyme. Thyme on its own gives a very strong aroma, so in this blend it is softened with honey heather blossoms.

The cup leads with the herbal spice of thyme over a dense black base, followed by warm notes of honey, nutmeg, cherry and a light tobacco shade.

Brewing

1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water at 90–95 °C, 3–5 minutes. Holds its flavour well with milk and with honey.

Pack sizes: 25 g, 50 g, 100 g + 5 g, 200 g + 10 g. Packed in a kraft-paper stand-up pouch with a clear window and a zip-lock seal.
