Cha Gao is a pressed tea paste made from a shu pu-erh extract. In production method and beneficial content it is close to regular leaf tea, and this version is enhanced with jasmine.
The taste unfolds notes of jasmine, dry wood, moss and toasted bread — rich yet soft.
Brew to taste: a small amount is enough for a full glass of water.
