Premium matcha is a higher grade of green matcha that surpasses ordinary culinary matcha in leaf quality and processing.
The leaves are shade-grown and stone-ground into a very fine powder, giving the color a rich, even tone and the taste a cleaner, softer character without the sharpness typical of culinary grades.
It whisks up into a thick, creamy foam, with a fresh aroma carrying herbal notes and a green profile that leaves a pleasant, lingering finish.
Whisk 1–2 g of matcha with 60–70 ml of water at 70–80°C until smooth and foamy. Store in a tightly sealed package in a cool, dark place away from light.
