Junshan Yinzhen Yellow Tea

Junshan Yinzhen ("Silver Needles of Junshan Mountain") is a rare yellow tea harvested on the eponymous island in Dongting Lake, Hunan province, China. The island's unique microclimate and mineral-rich soil give this tea its gentle, delicate flavor.

Only young, imperial-grade buds are used in production. The infusion has a refined, soft taste and a light floral-herbal aroma with notes of wildflowers, cut grass, fallen leaves, bread and apple.
