Cacao Nibs Ecuador Hacienda Victoria

Nibs are crushed roasted cacao beans. This new superfood is a great dessert substitute, with a chocolate flavor and crunchy texture.

Untouched floodplain forests, and practically along the Santa Elena–Guayaquil road — the wonderful Seresita cacao garden. The mild climate and unique terroir give cacao beans from this remarkable garden a distinctive floral-fruity bouquet!

Local farmers carefully harvest the pods and gently ferment the beans, drawing out maximum flavor. In the taste we find white flowers, honey, acacia and apricot, with even a hint of cherry in the background.
