Yirgacheffe is the highest mountain district of Ethiopia. At 1850-1980 metres the coffee is picked by hand alone and processed with great care.
This is the taste of the oldest arabica in the world: a pastry aroma with dark waffle tones, a light chocolate bitterness and a nutty aftertaste.
It shows especially well in a cezve, a moka pot or a stovetop brewer.
