Yerba Mate 'Fitness' is a Brazilian yerba mate (90%) blended with rosehip, mint leaf, white mulberry leaf, shu pu-erh tea, fennel and sea buckthorn.

Tasting notes include mown grass, dry wood, caramel, vanilla and pear. Brew it like a regular tea for a herbal-fruity aroma.
