Date seed coffee is a drink made from fermented date pits, with no caffeine at all. Of every known coffee substitute it comes closest to the real thing: warm, with a soft nutty sweetness and a full body.
Brew it in a cezve, a pour-over or a moka pot, exactly like ground coffee. The flavour opens slowly, so give it time before you take the pot off the heat.
