Samadoyo CP-11 Glass Chahai (Fairness Pitcher), 300 ml

A chahai is the vessel a tea table is never set without. In Chinese, cha hai means sea of tea; in Taiwan the same piece is called gong dao bei, the cup of fairness.

It is the chahai that shares the infusion evenly between everyone at the table: you pour the brew in here, and only then fill the cups from it.

• Volume: 300 ml
• Material: borosilicate glass
• Model: Samadoyo CP-11

The clear glass shows the colour of the infusion, and at a push the chahai doubles as an ordinary creamer.
