The Yixing clay fairness pitcher (chahai) with white glaze evenly pours tea between cups.
Its glazed surface is easy to clean and does not absorb the aromas of past brews, so it suits any type of tea without becoming "tuned" to one flavour.
Simple to use and requiring no special care or seasoning, it is a great choice for anyone starting out with gongfu cha.
