The "Peony Inspiration" ceramic thermos, 1100 ml, continues a long tradition of heat-keeping vessels.
Similar tokkuri jugs were once used to gently warm sake, carefully reheating it a few times. We haven't tested that method with this thermos.
What it does do is boil water fast and hold its temperature really well — handy for keeping hot water for tea within reach throughout the day.
