Shu Zhuang Bei Ceramic Tea Bowl 'Happiness', Grey, 65 ml

This bowl embodies natural calm and simplicity. Its Shu Zhuang shape (树桩), resembling a tree stump, pairs a noble grey tone with the lively texture of crackled glaze. With no lettering, the design stays clean, letting you focus on how light plays across the celadon crackle and the shimmer of gold.

What makes it special:

• Living celadon: both outside and inside, the bowl is covered in celadon glaze with a fine crackle network. Over time, tea liquor gradually settles into these lines, forming a unique pattern of time.
• Gold accent: two gilded ginkgo leaves rest at the bottom. Ginkgo is an ancient symbol of resilience, and the gold against the grey celadon looks like sunlight glinting on stone.
• Symbolism of the shape: the stump shape symbolizes roots, vitality and a connection to nature. It's a vessel that feels good cradled in both palms, its solidity reassuring to hold.
