Roasted Buena Fe Violeta cacao beans and nibs — a cacao with an unusually violet color and a bright aroma.

Buena Fe translates from Spanish as "good faith". In the Buena Fe canton of Los Rios province, local farmers on progressive farms grow this rare cacao variety.

They developed a new fermentation method for the local variety, resulting in Buena Fe Violeta.
