Cagliari Wild Cherry coffee is a flavoured coffee built on an Arabica/Robusta blend in an 80/20 ratio. The sweet wild-cherry aroma adds the proverbial cherry on top that an ordinary cup sometimes lacks.
In the cup it tastes as though the coffee had been brewed with cherry juice instead of water: the dense body of Robusta, the soft acidity of Arabica and a berry trail in the finish.
Works in a cezve, moka pot, French press and filter methods alike. Serve it black or with milk — the berry accent comes through either way.
