An artisan matcha whisk made by the craftsman Chen Jinxin. Its shape is half of an ordinary whisk, so the tool sits differently in the hand and is easier to control while whisking.
The material is bamboo, the classic of tea utensils: the springy prongs lift the powder gently and give an even, thick foam.
It comes in a handsome gift box — a ready present for anyone who makes matcha every day.
