Wow Cacao Vintage Brut is a premium 100% natural alkalized cacao powder of the highest quality, imported from the Netherlands.
Thanks to its elevated cacao butter content (20–22%), the powder has a velvety texture, a rich dark brown color and a pronounced chocolate aroma. The alkalizing process balanced the acidity (pH 7.7–8.1), giving it a mild yet concentrated flavor.
